1. Jaye is a sociable fellow. He will quite literally die inside or slowly become insane without human (or animal) company for a day. If he can't talk to someone for two to three hours, he will be forced to talk to himself aloud and/or seek someone or something to talk with. His ADD makes it worse.
2. He enjoys having fun and desires a form of entertainment on a consistent basis. Without it, he'll grow restless and need to move about after a certain amount of time.
3. He was a hyperactive child, so his parents had a hard time dealing with him when they paid him any attention (which was quite rare). He spent most of his time expending energy by playing with other children and his best friend. Doing sports, namely soccer, was his best hobby.
4. One day, when he was too young to remember, he was kidnapped by an older man. It was when he was alone, given that he didn't have a nanny. The kidnapper let him go after 3 hours because of Jaye's excessive energy.
5. Jaye's brain jumps from subject to subject like a rabbit's. That's why sometimes it may seem like he has selective memory or he forgets what others say or doesn't seem to register their words, but that's not the case at all.
6. He will panic if he loses sight of his wristbands for longer than it takes him to shower or sleep. When he searches for things, even his precious items, he tends to forget rather quickly what he's looking for and needs to write them down on a notepad. He loses one of his things at least 3 times a day. His room is messy after all.
7. Girls who like him tend not to feel the same after a few minutes of talking to him, or when they find out about his careless habits and realize he needs to be taken care of. That's why his male friends often tease him (usually by laughing when they notice a girl's interest in him) and believe he needs a girlfriend (or boyfriend) who could look after him 24/7.
8. Although he may seem to be a carefree and cheerful fellow, he has somewhat low self-esteem and doesn't truly trust his friends. Only his best friend knows that he is bisexual (or any of his secrets, really).
